HOTEL MYSTAYS Shinsaibashi

Great service of the staff, value for money. Very accessible as only 2mins walk from Metro station. Location was very good with 7/11 just un front of the building and family mart adjacent to the next block. I appreciate that they joined the beds into one big king bed upon request. Allows luggage storage before check-in is a plus. We had to rush out after check-in and only noticed when we came back at night that the room smells cigarette smoke. Reported to the front desk and the next day when we came home, the room was in great condition, no trace of smoke. Excellent service. Thank you so much!

we experienced minor earthquake during our stay. the hotel staff was compassionate and understanding (maybe the locals already get used to quakes). they gave us more info on the incident and clear instructions on the evacuation.

Location was close to station and Dotonburi. 711 infront of the hotel. Laundry with vending machine, area where I did origami while waiting for my laundry. Free stuff in the reception which you can use daily. Receptionist were friendly and helpful.

Very good location, spacious room, close to dotonbori district, hotel nearest station is 3 minutes walk to Midosuji Line Shinsaibashi station exit 7

Location. Walking distance to shopping street, dontonburi, the mall, etc. Room was spacious. Not that big, but there was walking space even with our luggage open.
